Talia Govender is a seasoned Customer Insights Manager at Deel since October 2024 and is currently pursuing an MPhil in Inclusive Innovation at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town. Previously, Talia held various positions at Yoco from January 2018 to August 2024, including roles such as Product Strategy and Customer Insight Manager, and designed innovative customer onboarding solutions. Talia began their career at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited, working as a Customer Insights Analyst and Business Analyst with a focus on product development for umbrella funds. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from the University of Cape Town and a Digital Marketing Course from Red & Yellow Creative School of Business.
