Darius Ford currently serves as the Client Onboarding Manager for Enterprise at Deel, a position held since June 2024. Concurrently, Darius holds a role as an Air Traffic Controller in the Army National Guard, providing oversight during natural disasters and leading safe air traffic flow for military operations. Previous experience includes working as an Implementation Consultant at Paycor and as an Implementation Specialist at ADP, along with a tenure as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo, where Darius managed retail client relationships. Darius began the career as a Bank Teller. Darius earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Full Sail University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix, expected to conclude in September 2025.
