Alexander Arbuthnot serves as the Head of Revenue Operations, Strategy & Enablement at Deel, where responsibilities include supporting the Co-founder and CRO, Shuo Wang, and overseeing the growth of the Operations, Enablement, and Business Development teams within Deel's Hyper Growth Revenue organization. Prior to Deel, Alexander held the position of Vice President for Deal Generation and Operations at Vitruvian Partners, an international private equity firm, and co-founded Rightly, a startup that focuses on Consumer GDPR rights. Additional experiences include serving as the Director of Global Sales Operations at Symantec and holding roles at Deloitte and City Showcase. Alexander Arbuthnot holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Imperial College London and has a foundational education from Eton College.
