Jonathan Wells is a seasoned commercial development and asset management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Development Manager at Plenary Group since May 2023, Jonathan is involved in significant projects such as the Footscray Hospital PPP and the Geelong Convention Centre Project. Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of Asset Manager at Australian Unity Wealth, overseeing a national portfolio of healthcare real estate. Jonathan's previous roles include Asset Manager at Plenary Group, where participation in the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre project was notable, and Asset Manager at Fitzroys Pty Ltd. Jonathan's career began at CBRE as a Leasing Agent after completing a graduate program, and also includes earlier experience in property management and customer service roles.
