Chris Foster has over 20 years of work experience in various technology roles. Chris started their career as a Senior Systems Administrator & Web Developer at the Marietta Daily Journal in 1998. In 2000, they joined OneWeb Systems as a Senior Web Developer, where they worked on projects ranging from simple landing pages to corporate database-driven intranets. Additionally, Chris has experience as a Consultant, providing services such as web & application development and product discovery, scoping, and management. Chris worked with a range of clients, including top-tier agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Currently, Chris is the VP of Technology at DEEL Media, where they lead the modernization of infrastructure and development of new features and tools for digital signage solutions. Chris utilizes various technologies such as SoA, microservices, PaaS, IaaS, and DBaaS to support thousands of IoT devices running screens across three continents.
Chris Foster attended Kennesaw State University from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Chris later enrolled at Lee University from 1999 to 2000, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
