Prakash Prasad is an experienced professional in after-sales service management, currently serving as the National Service Manager at Deekay Group since May 2022, overseeing service operations across Nigeria for a range of consumer electronics, home appliances, and power products. Prior to this role, Prakash was the National Technical Services Manager at SIMS Nigeria Ltd from February 2020 to May 2022, managing after-sales service for several leading brands such as Samsung and Panasonic. Previous positions include Regional Service Manager - East at Orient Electric, Area Service Head at Videocon D2H in Mumbai, and Senior Field Services Engineer at Tata Sky Ltd. Prakash holds a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and has an educational background from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).
