Brian Beck serves as the Plant Manager at Dee Zee, Inc. since May 2022, overseeing production, safety, maintenance, and personnel for a facility with over 275 employees operating on three shifts. Previously, Brian worked at Ennis, Inc./GFS from December 1989 to June 2022 as the Assistant General Manager, focusing on continuous improvements across all departments which significantly enhanced profit margins over a decade. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Iowa State University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
