In addition, Oscar is a LATAM Partner at Dedomena AI, providing cutting-edge AI solutions to streamline business processes. Oscar co-founded the CXO Community in 2008, which emphasizes disruptive technologies and executive coaching, and serves as a transformational coach with a unique philosophy of inspiring individuals. With a strong academic background that includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and multiple specialties in coaching and IT management, Oscar currently teaches at several universities and facilitates training on digital transformation.
