Vishal Bhatia has 20 years of experience in development, architecture, and project management for web-based and mobile applications. Vishal is currently the Founder and CEO of Dedicated Developers and has held this role since 2007. Vishal has a key skill of building stable, motivated, and performant software development teams and is a very fast master level hands-on developer. Vishal is also an expert with recruiting, risk management, estimating, and team coordination. In addition, they have helped clients reduce stress and cost overruns with bug-free apps, websites, and software.

Prior to their current role, Vishal was a Senior Firmware Engineer at Seagate Technology from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they solved several critical SCSI/ SATA firmware issues found in customer qualification and company's internal testing, which helped in timely product delivery. Vishal also reviewed several requirement specs by Seagate's clients and coordinated with different teams to ensure completion of all the requested features for timely product delivery.

Before Seagate Technology, Vishal worked as a Software Engineer for Nortel Networks at Infosys from 2000 to 2003.

Vishal Bhatia completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Punjab Engineering College between 1996 and 2000. Vishal then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they had attended Delhi Public School, where they studied Computer Science for their High School.
