Josie joined DOW in 2014, utilizing her background in education and training to create an onboarding training program for new and existing retailers. Her depth of knowledge of the programs and products resulted in her promotion to Strategic Sales Manager of the satellite team. In her new position, Josie was integral in launching the DOW Experience Events across DOW’s territory. As a prior small business owner in Puerto Rico, it’s no surprise that her passion lies in helping small business owners and their sales people learn about products, services, and business rules.
