Paolo Ares Frigerio

Sales Director Italy + Scandinavia + APAC at DEDAR MILANO

Paolo Ares Frigerio has a diverse work experience in the sales and marketing fields. Paolo Ares started their career at Coventry University as a Student Ambassador from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined DEDAR as a Marketing Assistant, where they dealt with media plans, web marketing strategies, and product communications. Paolo Ares then progressed to the role of Marketing/Brand Management, coordinating the partnership with Hermès and supporting both DEDAR and Hermès Marketing and Sales Management. From 2012 to 2013, Paolo worked as an Assistant to Sales Director at DEDAR, closely collaborating with Directors and Area Managers to support their activities and overseeing the Hermès project. In 2014, they joined Thonet GmbH as a Country Manager Italy, working on the development and expansion of Italian living and contract customers. Paolo returned to DEDAR in 2014 as an Export Sales Manager, where they assisted and supervised representatives, conducted client visits, trained sales staff, and selected new business partners. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director for Italy, Scandinavia, and APAC at DEDAR MILANO.

Paolo Ares Frigerio obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Languages from Coventry University in 2008. In the same year, they also pursued Russian Studies at the Russian University of Humanities. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at liceo galilei from 1999 to 2004. Later, Paolo pursued a Master of Arts degree in Languages for International Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, which they completed between 2004 and 2009. In 2018, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Management and Strategy from 24ORE Business School. Their field of study for this degree was Business Administration and Management, General.
