Raymond Woods is a seasoned professional in the field of quantity surveying and commercial management, currently serving as the Commercial and Risk Manager at DECMIL since January 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Commercial Manager at Civmec Construction & Engineering from 2015 to December 2018, and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Macmahon between 2012 and 2015. Earlier career positions comprised Project Quantity Surveyor at John Sisk and Son Ltd from 2006 to 2012, as well as Quantity Surveyor roles both at PJ Hegarty & Sons in 2004-2005 and 2002-2003. Raymond Woods holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Ulster University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
