Hannah Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and customer service management. Currently serving as the National Training Manager at DECLEOR and CARITA since August 2014, Hannah has developed and implemented training programs to enhance team performance. Prior experience includes working as the Global E-commerce Customer Service Supervisor at Fitflop, overseeing a team of eight across multiple territories, and managing the largest flagship boutique at -Strip Chelsea Waxing & Lingerie Boutique. Educationally, Hannah holds a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Applied Science from South Devon College.
