Stacy Brown is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, strategic planning, and facilities management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at SiteCompli® since May 2020, Stacy focuses on enhancing operational efficiency for over 1,000 property management companies. Concurrently, as a Pod Leader at Declare, Stacy fosters leadership among women through mentorship and community building. Previously, Stacy held the Vice President of Strategic Planning role at Global Facility Management & Construction, Inc., where responsibilities included RFPs, marketing, and client relations. With a notable 15-year tenure at ServiceChannel.com beginning in its startup phase, Stacy contributed significantly to its growth, and earlier experience includes roles as Owner of SB Consulting and Regional Facilities Manager at Barnes & Noble, Inc. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ithaca College.
