Arina Khazieva has been working in the tech industry since 2019, starting as a Technical Support Engineer at Wärtsilä Voyage. In 2021, they transitioned to DeckRobot, where they have held both the role of Project Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2022, they moved to Ocean Technologies Group, where they are currently working as a Project Manager.

Arina Khazieva has a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Arina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the same university, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they have obtained certifications from STRATOPLAN MANAGEMENT SCHOOL and LinkedIn, including PM101, Teamlead, and Customer Service Leadership. All of these certifications were obtained in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
