Miles Vinikow is an accomplished professional with a strong background in supply chain management and data analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Excellence at Deckers Brands since July 2019, Miles specializes in strategy, performance management, insight, and analytics. Prior to this role, Miles held positions including Data Scientist and Technical Advisor to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Lead Data Scientist, and Data Analyst. Academic experiences include a Graduate Research Assistantship at UC Santa Barbara, where Miles developed advanced data processing solutions, and a Graduate Teaching Assistantship focused on enhancing student performance. Additional consulting and research roles at FLIR Systems and William Sansum Diabetes Center, as well as market analysis work at Shilo, underscore a diverse skill set in analytics and project management. Miles holds a Master of Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
