Jeff Schellenberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Decisive Dividend Corporation since June 2021, Jeff focuses on acquiring established manufacturing companies to deliver long-term, sustainable dividends to shareholders. In addition to this role, Jeff is the President of JKS Holdings Inc. since January 2012, and previously held significant positions at TerraPro Inc., where leadership as Co-CEO and CFO contributed to its recognition as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies. Jeff's background in investment banking includes pivotal roles at Merrill Lynch, where Jeff advised on multiple M&A transactions, and an early legal career at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Academically, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), all from the University of Alberta.
