Percy Madela has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Academic Tutor at the University of Johannesburg from February 2015 to November 2016. After that, they joined PBT Group in January 2017 as a BI Trainee, followed by a Data Engineer position from April 2017 to November 2021. During their time at PBT Group, Percy worked as a Data Engineer at Pernod Ricard, where they provided support and made improvements to QlikView and Power BI models and reports. Percy also handled data loads, ensured accurate and timely delivery of reports, and investigated data discrepancies as requested by users. Currently, Percy Madela is working as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Decision Inc., starting from December 2021.

Percy Madela completed their Bachelor's of Commerce Degree in Information Technology at the University of Johannesburg from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification as a QlikView Designer and Developer from Udemy in November 2020 and became an Academic Tutor in February 2015.
