Nicholas Zeringo has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and medical field. Nicholas started their career in 2008 as a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware. After that, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Toledo from 2009 to 2014. Nicholas then joined the Yale School of Medicine as a Postdoctoral Fellow from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they worked as an Oncology Medical Science Liaison at Pharmacyclics, an AbbVie Company, from 2017 to 2019, where they supported education, clinical research, and development of a specific drug. Currently, they are employed at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Scientific Director, Global Medical Affairs, where they provide strategic development, planning, and implementation of early-phase programs within the global medical affairs. Nicholas also provides medical leadership and strategy for non-company sponsored studies and collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and execute the medical affairs plan.
Nicholas Zeringo pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Delaware from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry from The University of Toledo, completing their studies from 2009 to 2014.
