Hart Clanton has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Oncology Sales Specialist at OSI Pharmaceuticals, LLC until 2008. They then joined Genentech in 2008 and held various roles, including Territory Manager for the LGI Franchise and Division Sales Manager (Interim). At Genentech, Hart demonstrated leadership skills by exceeding sales goals, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering an inclusive team environment. In 2020, Hart joined Deciphera Pharmaceuticals as the Associate Director of Field Operations. They also previously worked as an Oncology Territory Manager at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals.

Hart Clanton obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Miami University from 1991 to 1995.
