Will Valentine has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Will began their career at Virbac Pharmaceuticals in 1991 as a Regional Sales Manager, a role they held until 2007. Will then joined Summit VetPharm as a Regional Sales Manager before being promoted to National Accounts Manager. In 2009, they joined Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed territory managers and distributors in the western region of the United States. Will has since held roles as National Sales Manager and currently serves as the Director of Sales at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC.

From 1982 to 1988, Will Valentine attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Business.
