Noah Leibowitz is a Partner at Dechert LLP since June 2018, specializing in intellectual property and complex litigation, with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and high-tech sectors. Notably experienced in leading trial teams as first chair counsel in patent jury trials, Noah leverages a strong scientific and technical background. Previously, Noah served as a Partner in the Intellectual Property Group and Litigation Department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 2001 to June 2018. Prior roles include Senior Counsel and Associate at Morgan & Finnegan from 1997 to 2001. Noah holds a JD from Columbia Law School and an AB in Biology and Psychology from Columbia University.
