Marelys S. currently serves as a Senior Lateral Recruiting Manager at Dechert LLP, a position held since August 2014, after progressing through roles as Lateral Recruiting Manager and Lateral Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Recruiter at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from March 2012 to August 2014 and as a Finance Paralegal at King & Spalding from October 2006 to March 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in U.S. History, focusing on U.S.-Latin America relations from Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Fordham University.
