Erik Pascual serves as the Multi-Site Facilities Manager at Dechert LLP since May 2022, previously holding the same title at Dechert LLP from June 2014 to May 2019, and the role of Northern California Facilities and Support Operations Manager at JONES DAY® from April 2019 to May 2022. Prior experience includes Facilities Manager at CBRE from July 2011 to June 2014, where responsibilities encompassed campus operations and maintenance, and Facilities Operations Supervisor at RMS from June 2001 to July 2011, focusing on employee support and building systems maintenance. Erik began career as Operations/Safety Supervisor at United Parcel Service from January 1992 to January 2001, overseeing training and supervision of package handling teams. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University (2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a focus in Security Management from DeVry University (2007).
