Abigail Bell is a partner at Dechert LLP, where since March 2007, expertise has been focused on advising alternative investment funds in areas such as structuring, formation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance, as well as on matters related to derivatives, securities lending, and various financing arrangements. Prior to this role, Abigail served as an Associate General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase from July 2005 to February 2007. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law with French from Newcastle University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
