Koen Vergote has extensive experience in financial management and business analysis, primarily with Deceuninck since January 1998, where roles have included Business Analyst Manager Europe and General Manager, overseeing the establishment of Deceuninck SAS in South America. In addition, Vergote has served as Financial Controller and Business Analyst Manager, handling financial operations for Turkey and various emerging markets, with a focus on IFRS reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Previous experience includes working at AIB Vinçotte as an Activity Based Costing Controller, developing cost analysis models. Vergote holds a Master in Finance from Vlerick Business School and a degree in Business Economics from UFSİA.
