Axel Santy is a skilled professional with extensive experience in production management and engineering. Currently serving as the Production Manager Foiling at Deceuninck since October 2020, Axel oversees a lamination department, managing 85 FTEs and collaborating with various team leaders and engineers. Previously, as a Project Engineer at Deceuninck, Axel focused on optimizing production processes through cross-departmental analysis. Axel has also completed academic projects at TREMEC and TVH, culminating in a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree from VIVES University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Axel is enhancing financial acumen through a program at Vlerick Business School.
