Manish Sirohi currently serves as the Global Chief Executive Officer and Global Commercial Head at DECCO Postharvest since November 2022. Prior to this, Sirohi amassed nearly two decades of experience at UPL, where roles included Customer Marketing Lead for the USA, Global Business Development Head for Post Patent Solutions, and various leadership positions in marketing, new product development, and sales across North America and Latin America, achieving significant growth and operational efficiency. Early career experiences include roles at Syngenta, Bayer Crop Science, and Chemtura Chemicals, with foundational education comprising an MBA in International Business Management from WSU Carson College of Business and other notable credentials in brand and sales management, leadership, and marketing strategy.
