Yogesh Arora has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over two decades. Yogesh most recently served as the Head of HR, Admin, and CSR at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Syngenta India, where they focused on improving HR processes, building a high-performance culture, and maintaining employee engagement. Before that, they held the role of Senior Manager of People & Organization at Wrigley India, where they co-piloted with the Business Head to develop HR interventions and initiatives. Earlier in their career, Yogesh worked as a Human Resources Manager at Eicher Tractors and Tube Investments of India Limited, where they were responsible for various HR functions. Yogesh began their career at SML ISUZU Ltd. (formerly known as Swaraj Mazda Ltd.), where they served as a Senior Officer in Human Resources for eight years, successfully settling two long-term settlements with the Union.

Yogesh Arora attended St. Johns College Agra from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1988, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya and completed their XII with a focus on Commerce.
