Christy Norton has an extensive career in the healthcare industry, starting off as Office Staff at a Physician Practice before moving on to various roles at Decatur County Memorial Hospital, where Christy currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Director of Health Information Management. Christy obtained their Associate of Science degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from Vincennes University in 1994.
