Nia Strong, Ed.S., currently serves as a Teacher In Residence and Instructional Coach at Decatur City Schools since July 2021, after previously working as an Instructor at the same institution from July 2018 to February 2021, where lesson plans and student assessments were developed. Prior experience includes an Instructional Facilitator role at Rowad Al Khaleej International Schools, focusing on training for AdobeConnect software, and serving as a Math Advisor/Instructor at Rowad Al Khaleej Training and Education, providing training in technology and cultural understandings for educators. Nia Strong began a teaching career at Huntsville City Schools from May 2015 to July 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership from The University of West Alabama, and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
