Johan Caldeira currently serves as Responsable rayons SportCo, SDR, Marche, Equitation, Golf, Personnalisation at Decathlon France, where extensive experience includes roles such as Moniteur Produit Run and Vendeur. Following a four-year tenure at Décathlon Perpignan, Johan transitioned to Décathlon City Nice Jean Médecin to gain experience in a city concept store and pursue personal athletic goals. Since October 2021, Johan has been involved in a professional development project at Décathlon Nice Lingotière.
