Ana Vinhas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Intermodal and Kids Sports Leader / Quality Production Leader at Decathlon Portugal since August 2022, specializing in sports leadership and quality production within the Bike Finish Good Quality Team. Prior to this role, Ana worked as an R&D Technician at SURFORMA by Sonae Indústria from January 2018 to July 2022, gaining experience in project management, product characterization, and collaboration with educational institutions. Ana also held a Trainee position in Research Development at SONAE INDÚSTRIA and has been involved in various volunteer roles and academic initiatives.
