Matt Hoffman has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Matt is currently the Managing Director at Decathlon Capital Partners where they provide revenue-based funding to growth-oriented companies. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Monarx, Inc., a company focused on protecting Linux servers from webshell attacks. Matt also served as a board member for PenBlade, Inc., Power Practical, and Jamberry Nails. Matt held executive positions at Sysnet Global Solutions and ExpertVoice, overseeing sales and operations. Additionally, they were the CEO of Panoptic Security, where they successfully executed a turnaround strategy before selling the company. Lastly, Matt served as the Managing Director of USpark Foundry, a non-profit group that provided entrepreneurial coaching and support.

Matt Hoffman attended Stanford University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelors degree in Economics.
