Marylene Hernandez currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Decathlon Bulgaria, with responsibilities focusing on long-term organizational success and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Marylene held various positions at Decathlon France, including Management Controller for France where key contributions involved financial oversight for over 300 stores and leading a team of Regional Management Controllers. Additional experience includes roles at Danone Eaux France, where sales and market share development for various brands was a priority, and a brief stint at Norauto Argentina in management control.
