Alexandre Gouin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and after-sales operations at Décathlon Canada since October 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing quality performance for the group across Canada, implementing quality correction initiatives, and enhancing employee skills through coaching. Alexandre has also significantly improved product repairability and customer satisfaction in after-sales operations while defining strategies for customer support in product assembly and maintenance. Prior to this, Alexandre served as Team Leader at Décathlon France from September 2013 to September 2018, where management of a team and development of customer relationships were key focuses. Alexandre holds a Licence Pro in Commercialisation des produits et services sportifs from INSEEC - CESNI and a DUT Techniques de Commercialisation from IUT Saint-Nazaire.
