Peter Hodgson has a diverse professional background, ranging from teaching to project management to community engagement. Peter's most recent role as Chief of Staff at Decada Group involves long-term strategy, team dynamics, and capital allocation for small businesses. Prior to that, Peter held positions such as Director of Technical Product Management at Tafi and Director of Alumni Affairs at Teach For America. Peter also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a teacher at Powell Junior High School and as a community liaison lead at the Arizona Charter Schools Association.
