Karen May Quilaton is a seasoned Process Development Engineer with extensive experience in photolithography at Deca Technologies Inc. since November 2011, where responsibilities have included managing the photolithography module, startup of new equipment processes, and full process characterization. Previously, Karen served as a Photolithography Section Manager, leading a process engineering team focused on manufacturing processes for wafer-level chip scale packages and fan-out wafer-level packages, while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional project management. Prior experience as a Production Engineer at Gofoton Micro Optics Phil. Inc. involved supporting production management plans and optimizing process conditions. Karen holds a Master of Science in Physics from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology.
