Tony Zabel started their career as a Strategy Consultant at Gen Advisory Pty Ltd in 2020. Tony then worked as part of the Corporate and Private Banking team at Landesbank Berlin Holding AG from 2016 to 2019. In 2020, they became the Analytics & Strategy Lead at Beforepay and later transitioned into the role of Machine Learning Engineer. In 2021, Tony joined Myos as the Senior Risk Manager and eventually became the Head of Strategy and Head of Risk before leaving in 2023. Tony also founded and served as the Managing Director of HAZA Capital in 2020. Currently, Tony is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Debtist, a debt collection company that provides free services to creditors.

Tony Zabel holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Master of Finance from the UNSW Business School, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Banking and Finance from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Tony has also obtained additional certifications, including Business and Financial Modeling Specialization from Wharton Online, Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP, and Introduction to Portfolio Construction and Analysis with Python from EDHEC Business School.
