Sagair Hussain, PhD, currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer at the Dermatology Council for England since January 2024 and holds the position of Director of Research at DEBRA UK from January 2021. Previously, Sagair Hussain contributed as Director of Research at the British Association of Dermatologists from September 2013 to January 2021, working closely with the CEO on research projects aligned with organizational objectives. Earlier roles include Research Program Manager, Biologics Manager, and Software Tester at IDBS, as well as Research Fellowships at Kings College London and Imperial College London, focusing on innovative research in protein functionality and therapeutic strategies for cardiovascular complications. Sagair Hussain's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School and a PhD in Molecular Biology from UCL, supplemented by degrees in Molecular Genetics and Medical Biochemistry from the University of Leicester.
