Carly Fields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Non Executive Director and Vice Chair of the Board at DEBRA UK, Carly leads initiatives to support individuals affected by epidermolysis bullosa (EB) and chairs the Care and Research Committee. Carly is also Chair of the Network of Women Chairs and a Partner at NHS England's Genomics Ethics, Equity and Legal Advisory Group. Additionally, Carly contributes as Associate Editor at the Journal of Commerce and is a Committee Member for the British Association of Dermatologists. As Co-founder and Director of Carmar Media, Carly leverages a deep background in marine, maritime, and transportation industries. Other roles include Contributing Writer for the Lloyd's Register Foundation, Judge for the Seahorse Awards, and Editor for The Shipping Network and Marine Professional. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
