Veronica Conti is a highly experienced research consultant and sourcing specialist currently working at &deBlauw since April 2022, focusing on talent acquisition for senior roles in the Industrial, Energy, and Technology sectors. Prior to this role, Conti served as a Business Partnerships Account Manager at VSO Nederland from November 2019 to April 2021, where successful relationship management and strategic oversight of corporate partnerships were key responsibilities. From June 2015 to October 2019 at Randstad Nederland, Conti held multiple recruitment roles including Senior Recruiter & Account Manager, where management of the recruitment process and client relationships was paramount.
