Leroy Silika is an accomplished youth leader and debater with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Youth Panel Ambassador at Skillsbridge and a member of the mA*ths program at The University of Manchester, Leroy engages with initiatives aimed at empowering young individuals. As a Debate Mate Grad scheme member, participation in diverse debating opportunities has fostered a profound passion for the craft, including experiencing the UDL finals in London. Leroy is involved in several mentoring programs, including the UNIQ program at the University of Oxford, Target Oxbridge with Rare Recruitment, and the Aspiring Professional Programme with The Social Mobility Foundation. In addition to volunteer roles such as Cadet Colour Sergeant at Newman RC College, Leroy contributes as a Young Digital Leader at Skills4All, where mentorship on film projects highlights critical social issues. Leroy's educational background includes studies at The Blue Coat Sixth Form and St. John Henry Newman Roman Catholic College, reinforcing a commitment to personal and academic growth.
