Mark Holcomb is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law. Currently serving as a shareholder at Dean Mead since January 2017, Mark previously held the position of partner at Madsen Goldman & Holcomb, LLP from February 2008 to January 2017 and at Holland & Knight LLP from December 1994 to February 2008, where Mark was a partner in the State and Local Tax Group. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law (1985) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Florida (1982).
