Assaf Morag, MD, MBA has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Assaf began their career in 1991 as the co-founder and CEO of Pegasus Medical, a software company that developed an Electronic Patient Record system. In 1995, they were hired as the first physician to be full time employed by HBO & Company (McKesson) as the Executive Vice President, where they had full product and division P&L responsibility and grew sales from zero to eight million annually within three years. In 1998, they co-founded Healinx (RelayHealth), an Internet company that facilitates the online relationships between patients and their physicians, and raised $26M in capital from first tier venture funds. In 2003, they became the VP Medical Electronic Products at Elsevier, the world's largest scientific and medical publisher, with eight figure P&L responsibility and ownership of products and market. In 2005, they were the General Manager at Kontera Technologies, Inc., a leader in Contextual online advertising, where they were in charge of Sales and Operations. In 2006, they were the Clinical Client Marketing Manager at Intel. In 2008, they became the Vice President Business Development at TOA Technologies. Since 2015, they have been the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at DealSumm.

Assaf Morag, MD, MBA completed their MBA at Santa Clara University from 2001 to 2002 in the field of Business Administration. Prior to that, they obtained their MD from Ben Gurion University, Israel from 1982 to 1989 in the field of Medicine.
