Richard James, Sr. serves as the National Sales Manager at Dealers Resource Center since July 2018, managing a sales team across 18 states and overseeing vehicle extended service contracts and Finance and Insurance products for dealer clients. Prior experience includes roles as Moderator at CDK Global Performance 20 Groups from January 2015 to July 2018, facilitating peer collaboration among automotive dealerships, and at NCM & Associates from January 2011 to August 2014, where similar responsibilities were undertaken along with instructional duties. Richard owned and operated Rick James Chevrolet from January 2004 to December 2010 and served as General Manager and Co-Owner of Legend Automotive Group from May 1993 to December 2003, where oversight of multiple automotive franchises was paramount. Richard holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 1984, and a high school diploma from St. Louis Priory, earned in 1980.
