Christine Roberts is an experienced professional with a robust background in client service, team leadership, and diversity initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Client Service Representative at DealerRater since May 2015, Christine has consistently achieved high customer satisfaction scores and successfully led the CSR team to enhance performance metrics. In addition to client services, Christine chairs CultureClub, facilitating social and community engagement efforts, and has held significant roles in Cars.com as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council Member and Chairperson for the Black Excellence United ERG. With a foundation in customer service from roles at Town Spa Pizza and various other companies, Christine holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia from the New England Institute of Technology.
