Josh Illian is an Engineering Manager at Dealer Inspire since June 2022, leading a team of developers focused on inventory-related solutions. Prior to this, Josh served as a Senior Software Engineer at Cars.com from February 2015 to June 2022, specializing in full-stack Elixir/Phoenix development and backend services. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Senior Developer at Integrity Digital Solutions, where Josh developed a web-based Electronic Medical Record system, and a significant tenure at AT&T in various managerial and technical support roles. Josh began their professional journey as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army, where diverse leadership responsibilities were held during service in Iraq. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Area Study from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Information Security from James Madison University.
