Elika M. has extensive experience in customer service and training within the automotive and fleet management industries. At Dealer-FX since October 2018, Elika M. has held multiple positions, including Training and Development Specialist, Account Success Manager, Senior Customer Experience Manager, and Process Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Fleet Coordinator at Enterprise Fleet Management from January 2016 to September 2018, and various roles at Park Chrysler Jeep from September 2009 to January 2016, including Business Development Center Assistant Manager and Internet Sales. Elika M. holds an Associate’s Degree with an emphasis in Art from Normandale Community College.
