Nic Ettridge is an experienced professional with a diverse background in support and advocacy for the Deaf community, currently serving as an Events and Projects Specialist at Deaf Connect since December 2024. Previous roles include Soft Skills Lead and Business Manager at WISE Employment, and Specialist Deaf Education Support at the Department for Education, South Australia. Nic's expertise encompasses inclusion, communication, and support for disadvantaged individuals, demonstrated through significant achievements in increasing employment outcomes and managing diverse client needs. Nic's education includes ongoing postgraduate studies in Intersectionality, Diversity and Inclusion at Charles Sturt University, as well as qualifications in communication for DeafBlind individuals.
